London Design Week

London Design Week is back! Enjoy multiple design districts putting together fantastic shows and launching some never-before-seen design. Design Week runs from the 18th - 26th September and you can find some exciting installation or exhibition in almost every part of London.

With Brompton Design District, Clerkenwell Design District, Islington Design District, King’s Cross Design District, Mayfair Design District, Park Royal Design District,Shoreditch Design Triangle, Southwark South Design District, William Morris Design Line as well as the new London Design District at Greenwich Peninsula all hosting some great events, you are going to need buckets of energy and a functioning Oyster card. With that said, there are certain things which are a must see during this coming week and they all happen to be from Movimento members (funny that).

Nebbia Works

V&A

Nebbia Works have been commissioned by the V&A to design an immersive, low carbon aluminium pavilion in the John Madejski garden.

The design uses a minimal volume of material to create a seemingly delicate yet robust structure to demonstrate the unique qualities of aluminium.

Walac.

The Future of Home

The Future of Home exhibitions hosts 15 Scotland based designers who will be presenting 40 new design objects for the hybrid home, including furniture, lighting and collectible craft.
